Weekly Monday night meditation.
Join us each week for meditation, and a discussion about why we practice, led by teachers at the Center for Mindfulness. This group is open to anyone who has recently started meditating, has recently graduated from our Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, has a long-standing practice, or has an interest in exploring meditation in a community setting.
This meditation community is offered at no charge, and is supported by all those who help guide and set-up for the weekly sitting periods. Voluntary donations to support the work of the Center for Mindfulness are always welcomed.
