I teach mindfulness for East Coast Mindfulness, at eastcoastmindfulness.com with my colleague and friend, Rebecca Eldridge. I previously taught MBSR 2015-2018 at the Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School, where I received certification to teach MBSR in 2013. I also trained teachers through the Oasis Institute, offering the Fundamentals in MBSR, Supervision in MBSR, Practice Teaching Intensive, Group Supervision and Teacher Certification Review courses. I’m a founding member of the NH Professional Mindfulness Community. I was invited in 2008 by Norman Scrimshaw to teach meditation through White Mountain Sangha, which I formerly led as Guiding Teacher. Prior to teaching mindfulness, I enjoyed a 20+ year career in financial services management. In my free time, I spend time with my family, reading, enjoying NH’s beautiful environment and watching great films at Red River Theatres.
