I am from Iowa originally, and currently live in Charlotte, NC. I am a licensed psychologist, currently working as an organizational development consultant. My intention is to shift my career focus to teaching mindfulness over the next few years. The teachers who have influenced my personal practice most are Eckhart Tolle and Tara Brach.
