Jude became interested in mindfulness while working in an alternative school with at risk youth. There he developed a passion for mindfulness and meditation because of the positive transformations observed in these youth, as well as himself. He has taught weekly mindfulness groups to adults over the past 6 years and is passionate about helping people discover their inner resources. He has provided mindfulness trainings to mental health professions, schools, and businesses interested in improving well-being. Jude has completed the 7 day Mind-Body course with Jon Kabit-Zinn and Saki Santorelli in addition to a variety of professional mindfulness trainings. Practicing mindfulness is an integral part of his daily life as this practice has been found to be personally nourishing and essential to teaching mindfulness in an authentic manner.
