Listening to nature relaxes me and the ocean feeds my spirit. After owning two businesses in creative markets, I enjoy working together with other people. My longterm volunteer work is focused on twins who face the death of their twin, lending support and leading groups. My interests lie in working with trauma victims, children and adolescents after I finish my CFM teacher training.

I have two sons and a husband. My sons are 16 years apart in age and I dated my husband in high school and then reunited many years later. Family is my rock. I have lived in 7 states… once without electricity, and on one island. My dog Charlie is ultra important to me. Animals and gardening ground me. I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Behavior and Family Studies/Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Business Management. Both areas of focus continue to be important.
