Adapting the MBSR program for a patient with an acute MTBI (Concussion)

I have facilitated MBSR programs for over 13 years and have recently had a patient referred to me who is suffering from an acute mild traumatic brain injury. I am wondering if any other health professionals have also had participants suffering with recent concussions, and if so, how they have adapted the MBSR program in a way that addresses their needs and symptoms, without being detrimental to other program participants.
I would also be interested in reading any related literature regarding the benefits of MBSR to recent sufferers of mild traumatic brain injury’s.
