How can I upload a profile photo (“avatar”)?

1. Open your Preferences and then scroll down to : <img src="/uploads/default/42/ef7974d4dea3fc72.png" width=“171” height=“60”>

2. Click the edit icon then choose “Add a custom picture” and select a picture from your computer.

Having followed these instructions, no file appears to load. Hitting “save your changes” but seeing no change to my photo as a result. Is this feature currently working? Thanks.

Hi Margaret,
Thanks for the feedback. The avatar feature is definitely still working as of today, so if you followed the procedure then I’m guessing there’s a problem with the specific photo you’re trying to upload.

Can you send it to me via private message or email at support@cfmhome.org? Also, did you receive any sort of error message from the system when you tried to upload the photo?

Finally, I updated the FAQ entry to have more detailed instructions on how to add a custom profile picture.
