Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to improve the new application system. We are aware of issues and apologize for the inconvenience as we work with IT to resolve the issues.

At this time, we are asking you to please refrain from applying via the application system.

Instead, please email the Oasis Team at cfm.oasis@umassmed.edu using the following SUBJECT line – Your NAME, the NAME OF THE TRAINING you wish to apply for.

Deadlines for applying to upcoming trainings will be extended.

It is our hope this protocol will bring some relief to this situation.

Just to clarify, does this application extension/new process include the TDI March 13 - 21, 2016 - California?

No, because the application process for the March TDI in Calinfornia is
already closed.
