I received 4 audio files, Body Scan, Standing Yoga, Lying Down Yoga, and Sitting Meditation, by two teachers, Carolyn West and Bob Stahl, after participating Mindfulness Tools and Fundamentals in Norwood. Those are very helpful and I appreciate that.
My question is if I have access to the set of 4 files by other teachers, especially by Florence Melio-Meyer. I found some files in the below link, but they are not a complete set of 4 files.
