Beginning MBSR teacher training through UCSD and completing with Oasis

Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to begin MBSR teacher training through UCSD, but complete the training with Oasis. In particular if I complete the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher Training Intensive through UCSD, where would I begin the process with Oasis?

(In UCSD’s Teacher Training Intensive … “in the first part of the training, trainees will experience the MBSR program. In the second half of the training, trainees will be given the opportunity to practice teaching various components of the MBSR program under the supervision and guidance of the teachers.”

Thanks for your inquiry.

The CFM does have some affiliates whose trainings can be transferred, as it
were, to comprise part of our teacher training pathway requirements,
however, UCSD is not one of those. All that to say, you cannot transfer
credit for training taken at UCSD into our program, at least not at this
time.
