It will be my first time at Omega tomorrow - and I’m wondering if it is really necessary to bring my own cushion on the flight. I understand it’s recommended, but wonder if there really is an issue of Omega running out of cushions for participants to use? Thank you! Marcie
Notto worry, Omega has plenty of cushions (zafu & zabuton)
