Mindfulness Tools 2: Deepening Awareness and Practice™ is a 4-day residential program offering opportunities to deepen and expand your capacity to be fully with and for what is arising moment-to-moment, and attending with kindness, interest and presence to better know yourself–heart, mind and body–in a fuller, more integrated way.
Building on the meditation practices and experiences begun in either the 8-week MBSR program™ or the five-day Mindfulness Tools™ program, Mindfulness Tools II: Deeping Awareness and Practice™ highlights longer guided periods of sitting meditation, walking meditation, and mindful movement. Periods of group dialogue, writing and other forms of expression, and time to ask questions and inquire more deeply with others and the teachers, support skills training in mindfulness meditation and deepen understanding of one’s own capacities and wisdom. Included in the program is a silent all-day retreat, and continued investigation in integrating formal and informal practice into one’s life in creative ways.
