Dan Harris: Hack Your Brain's Default Mode with Meditation (3 min)

ABC News correspondent Dan Harris explains the neuroscience behind meditation, but reminds us that the ancient practice isn’t magic and likely won’t send one floating into the cosmic ooze. He predicts that the exercise will soon become regularly scheduled maintenance, as commonplace as brushing your teeth or eating your veggies. Harris, an ABC News correspondent, was turned on to mediation after a live, on-air panic attack.

Hello, I agree that meditation will be, in the future, as common as brushing teeth in the morning and night. It will happen as soon as you can initiate childs in this practice. No need of any sikneess or trauma in your life to begin to take advantage of this practice. Regards.
