A Day Retreat with Jeanine Oburchay and Kerri Gawreluk
Saturday, March 4, 2017, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
IDEAL FOR: All levels including beginners
Our bodies are made up of a vast collection of our life stories. Every experience, big or small, has the potential to inform the way we move, think, feel, and relate to each other in the world. When our stories get suppressed by fear, shame, or other self-limiting beliefs, they may hinder our ability to move freely and authentically and to connect to the deepest part of ourselves – the universal, limitless power within us. Once we reclaim our stories, we can begin to co-create the lives we’re meant to live. This workshop will offer tools to help unlock our individual stories as a way of connecting more deeply with our Truth and bringing about healing on many levels. We will incorporate yoga that is accessible to all levels, discussion and partner work, journaling, meditation, and relaxation.
Tuition is $125 and includes lunch.
Scholarships available.
