Breaking Free of Habits
EAMBA retreat 2021
January 2-7, 2021 Hof Oberlethe (Germany)
with Martine Batchelor
Join us at the start of the new year at the annual EAMBA retreat, with colleagues from many different countries.
Over the years, the EAMBA retreat has become a real sangha for mindfulness teachers, a place that people return to every year.
This silent mindfulness retreat offers an opportunity to meditate together, and to network and exchange on the closing day, building a community of mindfulness teachers and a new, secular tradition of mindfulness retreats.
FOR WHOM
This retreat welcomes teachers of all MBPs (mindfulness based programs), as well as those still in training.
