Hi there, I’m interested in the teacher certification in MBSR and would like to know more about my eligibility. The sense I got from the Oasis website is that the teacher certification path is open to anyone with a Mindfulness practice and a graduate degree, but it does seem to be geared toward health practitioners. My degrees are in unrelated fields (Economics and Development), but I’ve had a regular mindfulness practice for over three years, am a trained yoga teacher, and have a deep interest in this area of study.
I’d like to know if I am eligible to enroll in the teacher training course and eventually receive the certification to teach MBSR?
