This day retreat will focus on how mindfulness can help us to reconnect with our body and live our lives from a wiser and more connected place. Come join us for a day of gentle movement, meditation, connection, and discussion on how we can best embody the practice of mindfulness in our day to day lives.
We will learn:
Skills to help us “embody” presence.
How to reframe our understanding of the body and physical sensations.
How to work with reactivity, and how to draw on the wisdom of the emotions through mindful investigation of the body.
All helpful skills in the dance of life! We will also discuss and practice how to eat, talk, walk, share and be with your loved ones and colleagues in a more mindful and compassionate way.
