Orientation Sessions Begin September 11
8-Week programs - Week of September 23 to Week of November 11
Make a change in your life with Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
8-Week courses are enrolling now. Come visit us in-person, or take a live, online course from the comfort of your home. Learn to access and cultivate your natural capacity to actively engage in caring for yourself and find greater balance, ease, and peace of mind.
This Fall we have a Tuesday Evening in-person MBSR course available, beginning September 24th at Worcester Business Center, 67 Millbrook St, Worcester, with an orientation session (required) on Tuesday, September 17th at 6:00pm.
We also have an in-person MBCT course available on Wednesday Mornings at Worcester Business Center, beginning September 25th with an orientation session (required) on Wednesday, September 18th at 9:00am.
And we have an online MBSR course available on Wednesday Evenings, beginning September 25th, with an orientation session (required) on Wednesday, September 11th, at 6:00pm.
