I would like to train as a teacher and want to now how I can begin classes for certification. I have practiced meditation for over 10 years and have sat some 5 day Zen retreats .

From what you said in your post, it sounds like the first step for you may be to take the MBSR class as participant.
That said, before you sign up for anything, please spend some time reading the Oasis training information on our website. The training process is fully detailed there.
Once you have explored that material fully, you will have a better sense both of what the training actually entails and how to proceed into the training from where you are.
