3-week online workshop | October 19, 26 and November 2, 2022
Deepen your skills and develop more ease in inquiry
Inquiry is one of the important tools of a mindfulness teacher, and at the same time, it can be a challenging part of the work – especially when we feel we need to ask the right questions, or even the one question leading to the ultimate insight. In this workshop, we look at beliefs like these, that can prevent us from being fully present with our groups, and explore various forms and styles of inquiry. These 3 weekly meetings are interactive, and theory and reflection are alternated with lots of practice. The intention is to demystify ‘perfect inquiry’ and, instead, develop more connection and ease in our dialogue with the group.
