I am an experienced psychotherapist and a new MBSR teacher(2 cycles/one online) with a reasonable amount of experience/comfort navigating the Zoom platform including breakout groups. I am looking for a Qualified MBSR teacher who would be willing to allow me to observe their MBSR class in exchange for tech support. I would monitor the waiting room, the chat box, raised hands and assist with setting up the break out rooms during the class. In exchange I am eager to learn particularly about the process of inquiry from observation. Hoping there might be someone who would feel a benefit from this exchange.
