Hello there. I am currently on the MBSR training path and am beginning to pull together documentation for certification submission. I will be teaching my 7th MBSR class starting end of August. I provide MBSR to employees in a pediatric hospital in the Midwest. All my handouts, including a list for home practice, is via email. Initially I would hand out all information at each class, however, folks made it clear they prefer the electronic form. Consequently, I do not have a booklet to send in with my other documentation. I could, however, print off all my home practice emails, along with the attachments, and use that as documentation. I would appreciate some guidance. Thank you so much.

Hi Stephanie,
Thanks for checking in before proceeding on this. What will be most
effective from our side is similar to what you suggested:
Please cut and paste your emails and attachments into one document (such as
word or pdf), in the order that you use them, essentially creating your
version of a booklet (though it may still remain clear that it is intended
to be used electronically).
Kind regards,
Eowyn
Good morning Eowyn,
Thank you for your quick response. I appreciate that you are flexible and willing to accept how we are relaying mindfulness information to our staff. I will do as suggested.
Wishing you well,
Stephanie

Hi Eowyn,
I have made hard copy workbooks - I am just starting to teach my first MBSR class.
The workbook reflects the workbook used at CFM.
I also put together a booklet that will be given to the participants at the end of the course - resources, poems, etc…
Further, I have recorded the home practices. They are recorded on an MP3.
How does this sound? Looking for encouragement!
I look forward to teaching my first class.
Thank you
Jennifer : )
Hi Jennifer,
It sounds like you have given heart and care to your preparations for this
first class, and what you describe is very similar to what we do here at
the CFM.
Wishing you a rich and deep first class!
Kind regards,
Eowyn
