MBSR Curriculum in Spanish

Hi all, my name is Jose and I am a mindfulness practitioner from Asuncion, Paraguay. I would like to inquire if there is a Spanish version of the MBSR curriculum and if so, how can one get access to it. I currently have the English version, but not a lot of people can speak English in my country, so it would be more convenient for us if we can get it in Spanish. Any information about this will be really appreciated. Thank you for reading this post and All the best!

Hi! You might also be interested in the Mindful Self Compassion curriculum in Spanish! Our teacher guide is translated into 13 languages (maybe even more, by now). The CenterforMSC.org can illustrate what’s possible.
