In partnership with the Copper Beech Institute, I will be teaching a live online, fully interactive Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. The Orientation is on Thursday, April 25th, but I can meet separately with any late registrants if they are interested. The Week 1 class isnโ€™t until one week later on Thursday, May 2nd.

This is great for those who are unable to attend in person or simply prefer to attend virtually due to their distance from any mindfulness center or just the ease of attending. No special computer skills are needed. Please feel free to refer individuals as appropriate.
