Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported 8-week program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion and mindfulness to provide the opportunity to explore how we typically respond when difficulties arise in our lives and to learn tools for support towards ourselves. MSC is co-developed by Dr. Christopher Germer, a senior adviser of the CHA Center for Mindfulness and Compassion, and Dr. Kristin Neff. All are welcome: This program is designed for the general public, no meditation experience required.
