Spots are still available for the 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion Course this Spring at the Center for Mindfulness & Compassion (in Somerville, MA) beginning with Orientation on March 27.

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is the foundation of emotional healing - together, mindfulness and self-compassion allow us to manage difficult moments in our lives. This MSC course, offered through the Cambridge Health Alliance Center for Mindfulness and Compassion, is held Monday Evenings this Spring.

Orientation: March 27, 2017, 6-8:45pm
