Join us on these experiential vacations, combining a gently active holiday with several Mindfulness-based moments to share within small groups – from morning meditation together to walking in nature, to visiting local farmers, cooking and eating mindfully with genuine ingredients, enhancing our creativity – and more.
These are rare times for us to take care of our body and mind as well as visit wonderful natural and historical areas – ‘time off’ to recharge your batteries and… your well-being!
