Please join our CHA Center for Mindfulness and Compassion for a two-day interactive workshop on mindfulness and biofeedback on Friday, June 2 and Saturday, June 3.

This workshop is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor 16 Continuing Education (CE) Credit Hours for psychologists. CEs for Social Workers Pending.

Together, mindfulness and biofeedback provide us with a powerful approach to optimizing our ability to self-regulate and increase resilience in the face of life challenges. This workshop will cover the concepts of biofeedback and biofeedback modalities along with mindfulness, acceptance and compassion. This workshop is open to all in the community. No meditation or biofeedback experience required.
Biofeedback devices and hands-on training will be available as part of the workshop.
