Thanks for posting this article and sharing your experience with learning mindfulness with others in your profession. My perception is that those who are trained in the “hard science” don’t tend to naturally gravitate toward a “soft practice” like mindfulness, however I believe the mindfulness practice really does offer benefit to most everyone. I love reading your perspective.
