Hi All… Does anyone know of any MBSR or Mindfulness offerings in Israel, specifically at Saklor in Tel Aviv University?

Hi, Deborah. Though I didn’t find anything specifically at Saklor, you may want to do a Google search for MBSR Israel, and see what comes up. It appears that there are MBSR programs available.
I know an orthodox jewish
guy who lives in Jerusalem and who has been teaching for a number of years. Let me know if I should look up his contact info for you.

I’m the guy in Jerusalem. My wife Yehudit also gives MBSR courses in Jerusalem [so far].
Our original mentor is Dina Wishograd, who has been Certified MBSR in Jerusalem since around 2002.
She is great and she goes by the title of MBSR ISRAEL. find on google.
At TA University - You can look up Dr. Ricardo - he is doing a lot of research on mindfulness [not MBSR], mostly regarding mindfulness in education.
At the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzelia - look up the program for kids: שפת הקשב
They also give courses in MBCT/MBSR through Bangor University, but not quite like the CFM’s MBSR.
