We use technology almost all day long, we start our day looking at the smart phone at-least to snooze the alarm, then whatsapp, FB, and some Twitter and once you reach office emails, emails, emails and web browsing.
It is very tough to say I will not use technology.
The question:
Would practicing mindfulness while using technology help in controlling this habit?
How can we practice mindlfulness while using technology?
