I was looking forward the course “MBSR in Mind-Body Medicine” in Spain in September. Although my company agreed at the beginning that I take those days off to go to the course, now they are telling me that they need that I work that week. That it is very important and that I cannot take those days off.
I have already paid for the course. Is there any policy of reimbursement in case I cannot manage to attend at the end?

If a participant wishes to cancel, refunds will occur as follows:
- Up to 30 days before training: 100% will be refunded minus 100€ for administration costs.
- 30 days before the training: 50% will be refunded.
- 15 days before the training: 10% will be refunded.
A full refund is possible at any time prior to the commencement of the program if cancellation is due to extreme medical reasons and a physician provides certification.
