Without knowing your background, one place to start may be to use our
certified MBSR teacher list to find out if there are any teachers in your
area. Here it is:

Of course, many of our professional trainings take place at residential
centers like Omega, in 7 or 9 day formats, so that folks can come from
everywhere.
