Claritatis AB and SFOG offer Mindful Practice in Åsa Sweden
**Please join us for a ‘Mindful Practice’ course** offered through the Swedish Federation of Obstetricians and Gynecologist (SFOG) for healthcare professionals from all disciplines. This fifth international 4 day course will be offered in English, for Swedish and International healthcare workers wishing to strengthen their resilience, compassion, clarity and patient safety through mindfulness meditation techniques, appreciative inquiry and narrative medicine.
Based on the course offered through University of Rochester developed by Mick Krasner and Ron Epstein. including a introduction on Nancy Bardacke’s Mindful Childbirth and Parenting (MBCP)

This course with its focus on experiential learning and deep insight is offered as a residential workshop at a coastal Swedish art school. A perfect chance to experience Nordic culture and colleagues while diving into new approaches for patient and peer connections.
