Does taking the 8-week MBSR program with a qualified teacher count as a requirement for teacher training path? Thanks.

It counts toward the pre-requisite for applying for MBSR Fundamentals SR –
401.
This 8 week foundational MBSR course is taken for personal development and
should not be confused with the 8 Week Fundamentals option.
