In this morning retreat, participants will be introduced to the power of mindfulness and the research-based techniques that can be used to build habits that will help to ease the mind and cultivate a peaceful presence. This retreat will help participants to tap into an internal resource that can be used daily to support our work with children and teens. Participants will learn how to cultivate compassionate awareness and mindfulness habits that will support them as they work to be a source of unconditional positive regard for the youth being served. Beginner and Advanced practitioners welcome.
