Hi Marta… Just saw your post… wanted you to know that a couple years ago I did a 5 day retreat with Michael Stone and absolutely loved it!!! I do not know the other instructor but know that you will not be sorry with Michael’s retreat. Two things that really stood out for me were his amazing yoga classes (never thought I could enjoy downward dog so much) and his care in ensuring everyone was “sitting well”. I have never seen another facilitator spend so much time ensuring that everyone had posture that supported them in their practice. I hope you are doing well and are enjoying the fruits of your practice.
