Spring 2018 8-week MBSR Courses in West Hartford and Madison, CT

Day and Evening sessions of our 8-week course in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) start the first week in April at Copper Beech Institute in West Hartford, CT and on the Connecticut Shore in Madison. Each of us face our own unique set of daily challenges and stressors that can negatively impact our lives. Finding positive ways to tackle these challenges and live a more peaceful and joyous life can seem daunting. MBSR is designed to help you utilize your own internal resources to face your personal difficulties, grow and heal. Each session of the course is highly participatory and the training encompasses a wide array of mindfulness practices including sitting and walking meditation, mindful eating, and mindful communication. MBSR is for everyone. The only requirement is the desire for greater awareness, balance, ease, and happiness.
