I have completed the Sounds True On Line MBSR 8 week course and currently taking the 5 day MBSR Tools course. Can I complete the SR-401 4 day course at a later date?

Thanks for writing, as this is an important point to clarify for everyone.
We don’t offer just the 4 days, because the content is so deeply connected
to the Mindfulness Tools curriculum; we feel it is important for teacher
trainees to be immersed in that simultaneous with the teacher training
portion.
It’s great that you have taken the MBSR Tools once already. It will put you
in good stead to take the SR-401-9D (known also as the 9-day Fundamentals
course). I would recommend this to anyone thinking of training with us in
the 9-day format, as it gives a chance to really know first hand what you
are engaging with.

Thank you for your reply regarding MBSR Tools. To be clear MBSR Tools must be taken twice. once by itself 5 day MBSR Tools and then again during SR-401-9D (9-day Fundamentals course)? Please advise.
