Train to teach .b Mindfulness for Teens Curriculum

Hi all.

The UK-based Mindfulness in Schools Project has a wonderful curriculum for teens called “.b” (pronounced dot-bee). It’s clear, playful, well-researched and skillfully sequenced. You get complete lesson plans and Power Point presentations to offer the kids as well as guided meditations to structure their home practice in the course. It’s got both humor and gravitas and our training, while intensive, is a ton of fun.

If you have any interest in learning and using the .b Mindfulness for Teens curriculum, we’ll be convening in the San Francisco Bay Area this summer for what will likely be the only stateside training this year.

August 6-9, 2018, Crystal Springs Upland School, Hillsborough, CA

For more information about the course itself and to apply for the training, please click this link: https://mindfulnessinschools.org/register/teach/sanfran-aug18/

If you’ve got any questions, feel free to e-mail me directly at dotb@animalearning.com

Cheers and best wishes for your summer season!
