Hello - I received a letter of completion for the course but did not get a certificate for AMA CME. I thought I did all the necessary steps. Can you help with this?

I have since heard that it is taking up to 6 months to turn around these requests with the Umass office that issues them. Your request is in process, and please accept my apologies for not getting back to you to let you know that.
