Hello!
My question is about the prerequisites to individual supervision.
I took the 8-week mbsr online and mindfulness tools in 2016 and in the Fall of that same year I was accepted in the MBSR Fundamentals that took place in January 2017. Therefore I would like to know if group supervision is a requirement for me to take individual supervision.
