Hi everyone, I am going to be interviewed on the local news about the benefits of mindfulness. There is so much research that it is hard for me to decide what the most compelling research there is to share. I typically go to the 2011 Harvard/Umass study which showed gray matter changes after mediation. Or the 2014 study showing that meditation increases telomere length by Richard Davidson and others. Any other suggestions on studies which which show the benefits of mediation on the brain?
