It looks like I am going to be approved to provide 4 hours of mindfulness training to employees where I work across the state in NC, however to be approved I have to demonstrate how this training will benefit the organization “operationally”. (Other than providing lots of research and supporting evidence). Does any one have resources on survey’s that measure the effectiveness on mindfulness on stress or work life balance with pre and post outcome surveys? I found two serves the Mindful Attention Scale (MAAS) and the Freiburg Mindfulness Inventory (FMI) which both are evidenced based measures.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
