I watched all the morsels and enjoyed them. Thanks for Saki for sharing his thoughts and inspiring me. In the last episode we could see him with the beautiful horses, and his gentle care for the animals was easy to notice.
I attended the events in Geneva (Saki’s first stop) which were very inspiring because Saki was present physically but also because the local center of excellence made these events possible. Excellent facilitators, high quality translations and convenient locations were offered which was great. Thank you Saki and the CFM for travelling to the centers abroad and for sharing your experience and wisdom with us. This idea of being part of a family is now starting to make sense to me. Safe travels! See you soon.

Hi Margaret, thanks for posting these morsels. I enjoyed all of them but the one about ‘minding the gap’ resonated with me so much that I talked about it in my MBSR class 6 that was around at that time. I found the metaphor to be very powerful.
