Good afternoon,
I am unable to apply to the TDI/ Aug 2016 in Shrewsbury, MA using your website application. I’ve tried using Internet Explorer, and Chrome from a PC and even Firefox from a Mac but am getting the same error message.
Is this a known issue or problem? Any alternate suggestions?

My name is Mona, and I have had the exact same issues: SAFARI crashes the registration form every time after completion, and FIREFOX got stuck in the “pending payment received” mode after submitting registration AND payment.
Hi all, I was able to register just now using Safari and got the confirmation message. Maybe the problem has been resolved. Good luck!

Same here Eowyn! I have been trying and it gives me a long Error Message. I noticed there is no selection in the TDI session information field, same for date field. These fields are marked with a red asterisks so need to be answered. Would this be the issue? Thank you for the follow up.

I was still getting the same error message (same as Martha’s). My fields were populating just fine, it was when I tried to hit the Submit button that the error message would eventually pop up.
Maureen Titus ended up emailing me the questions and I filled them out and emailed them back to her this morning. Still working out the deposit piece. Hopefully other folks are able to use Ted’s tips!

I forgot to mention that I fulfilled all preriquisites except the Mind-Body 7 Day which I am registered for.
Hello Jahyang,
You will need to attend the Practicum before you can register for the TDI.
So, from what you have said, it sounds like you are not eligible for the
August TDI, but should be looking to register for a Practicum sometime
after your Mind Body Medicine program.

Hello Eowyn and Lynn, Carolyn, and Margaret,
I recently finished the 9 day Practicum where we reviewed the requirements for the TDI, and we noticed that the Mind-Body Medicine course was NOT listed as a prerequisite for the TDI. I just went to submit an application for TDI, which DOES list the Mind-Body course as a prerequisite. Would you please reply whether it is or is not a prerequisite?

I believe it’s not required before theTDI, but can be done anywhere along
the a pathway. But, now I am doubting that! I’ll re-confirm my
understanding with my colleagues and write again tomorrow. Meanwhile, thaks
for pointing out the discrepancy, so we can correct that information asap!
